Me Evelyn MEMPHIL – Managing partner
PH.D Dr in law, Lawyer at the Paris and Cameroon Bars, graduate of the EFB of paris (CAPA), Barrister Memphil holds a doctorate (P.H.D) in international economic law, and a master II in international business law and practice from the University of Nice Sophia Antipolis. Her doctoral research focused on the attractiveness of economic foreign direct investment in central Africa and the harmonization of international legal supporting instruments of FDI. Within this framework, she worked for a period of 3 years on many public-private partnership projects alongside her thesis Director, Pr. Philipp Saunier and therefore developed skills in international projects.
Her experiences in a business firm in the USA and in France, gives her a multi-skilling in all matters that encompasses business law, trade law, company law and real estate transaction both in France and abroad.
Her favorite field of work however remains the OHADA law practice, mergers acquisition operations (M&A), as well as support for foreign investment projects in Sub-saharan Africa.
Me MEMPHIL holds a triple Certification in arbitration of disputes related to foreign investments, issued by the CIRDI-ICSID/GEORGETOWN UNIVERTY LAW SCHOOL/INTERNATIONAL LAW INSTITUTE.
She is also a graduate of the International School of Alternative Modes of Regulation of Disputes (EIMA PARIS). It is a theoretical and practical training course of 100 hours covering alternative modes of settlement of disputes, including the practice of arbitration, mediation, international negotiation, conciliation and all forms of collaborative law.
She is fluent in English, French and has a basic knowledge of Russian language.

Barrister Aimé Brillant YOBO – Partner
Lawyer of the Memphil Law fim in Yaoundé. Holder of a DEA in Fundamental Private Law obtained at the university of yaounde II soa.
In 2016, he was received at the Nigeria Prestigious Law School of Abuja, where he studied law for two years and left with a BL. In the combined initiative of the World International Property Organization (WIPO) African Intellectual Property Organization and the University of Yaounde II Soa, he will be accepted to the entrance examination for a master II in Intellectual Property law and New Technologies Organized at the OAPI under which he will obtain a professional master.
Expert in intellectual property matters, today he coordinates the Intellectual Property department at the Memphil law firm at Yaounde- Cameroon. Perfectly bilingual, he is a lawyer passionate about biodiversity protection issues.
Since April 2018, he became a member of the International Plant Variety Protection Union sited at Genève.
M. Guillaume Magloire HEUMOU – Jurist
Holder of a master in public law obtained at the University of Dschang in Cameroon, is enrolled in a doctorate PHD thesis
He has had several professional experiences in General Law firms. He joined the Memphil law firm in 2019 as a collaborating lawyer. his working languages are english and french.
He welcomes you, advises you and assists the firm’s member in the management of files and especially in the context of monitoring judicial and extrajudicial proceedings.
Miss Gabrielle ANABA
Intervenes as a jurist in Memphil law firm.
Holder of a bachelor degree in fundamental private law from the Yaounde II Soa University and a professional training in office secretarial.
Gabrielle has been for 7 years (2009-2016) a lawyer assistant in the general law fim of Me FOJOU based at Yaounde, where she was able to developed skills in the practice of legal litigation.
She has also enrished her professional experience with a passage as a trainee lawyer within L’ANAAFOOT in Yaounde.
Miss Awawaou Fadimatou NJIKAM

She is a holder of a Master in Business and Corporate Law and has a professional qualification degree in accounting secretariat.
Miss Vanelle EDOA ETOUNDI
Intervenes as a trainee lawyer within the Memphil law firm.
Holder of a bachelor degree in law at the university of Yaounde II Soa and actually a student in master I Private law. Vanelle is a trainee lawyer of the Memphil law firm since the month of February 2019.
She simultaneously occupy this function with her studies in order to acquire a professional experience for the profession of lawyer to which she predestinates herself.
